We provide support 16 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year usually with 15 minute response time.

We closely monitor clients needs and have the support window open for them when the maximum number of clients need our support. So the 16 hours window does change during the day. If you, our valuable client, ask for support outside the 16 hour window, do not worry, we have not forgotten you and we will come back to you within hours, that is our promise to you.
